P.S. I had bendamustine (chemo) and rituximab (immunotherapy), Now I'm on the standard of care two year post-treatment immunotherapy (rituximab) every two months for two years, than another FDG PET-CT (base of skull to mid-thigh), which also looks at my lungs (which are checked about every 6 months). I'm scheduled for my 9th immunotherapy treatment in late February...

I lost too much weight from lack of appetite while in treatment for follicular lymphoma, which began developing about a year after lung cancer surgery. My geriatric oncologist recommended Orgain--which is an entirely organic drink, a variety of tasty flavors, filled with both nutrients and vitamins and minerals, 250 calories a container (comes in a cardboard tetrapak), can be bought online at orgain.com, at Amazon, or in Whole Foods (where I live). I still use it, since my appetite and energy are low, to maintain good normal weight and nutrition. I prefer the dairy drinks, but there's also a vegan kind available, and a whole host of powders to mix into smoothies if you have the inclination and energy. I take mine straight (refrigerated), sometimes half and half with regular organic milk to stretch it further. Organ was a lifesaver for me--I can unconditionally recommend it to everyone and anyone as a nutritional supplement, if you want to lose weight or gain weight or keep weight stable. Check out www.orgain.com and sign up for emails--Orgain was developed by a doctor who is himself a cancer survivor. The people who work in this company are very responsive and kind.
