Dr. Samantha Jaglowski M.D. M.P.H. is an associate professor of hematology and the medical director of Ohio State’s Blood and Marrow Transplant Program. As a practitioner and a researcher, she is very focused on survivorship and the challenges patients face once they receive their life-saving therapies, as well as, improving those therapies to try to reduce long-term complications of transplant. Dr. Jaglowski has a long connection to Ohio State starting her career as an undergraduate zoology major. She received her medical degree and master’s degree in Public Health from Ohio State. And, she completed her internship, residency and fellowship’s at Ohio State.
Throughout her career, she has received honors and awards from Ohio State, the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Additionally, her research has been published in multiple high-profile publications including the Journal of Clinical Investigation, Blood, the New England Journal of Medicine and elsewhere.
