Congress Needs a Purple Chair

Isn’t it time the government took Fentanyl seriously?

Purple is the color used to recognize the toxic drug supply that is killing people all over the world. The empty chair is there to commemorate loved ones missing from our dinner tables, lost to toxic drugs. We at Cancer Connect think it’s time to demand action.

You cant go 24 hours without hearing about a Fentanyl bust on the Southern U.S. Border. 100,000 lives lost every year, billions of dollars leaving the US to Mexico and China and all we hear are excuses. This is a complete failure by any measure and the President won’t even go to the border.

We appropriately focus on eliminating childhood cancer-but did you know only 16,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year in the United States? Did you know the majority are cured? A much bigger problem that needs our attention is drug overdoses – particularly Fentanyl. We can do both – It’s time to act – call your congress person – demand action – it’ time.
